Hi!  My name is Sarah Cannon.  I'm excited to be the Junior High math teacher at Ascent Academy here in Lehi!  I originally majored in secondary education, English and math.  Later, I got a masters in accounting, which is all about using numbers to communicate.  You'll find I like making connections--between math and English, between math and history, between math and engineering, and between math and accounting, among other things.

I'm a native Michigander (or in my case, Michigoose).  Living in Utah is a new experience.  I love the mountains, but I miss the trees.  I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, making puzzles, knitting, and crocheting.
