Samantha Holland

Second Grade

Hello! Born and raised in Utah and truly love living in this beautiful state. I graduated with my bachelor's from the University of Utah as well as associate degrees from Salt Lake Community College in American Sign Language and Interpreting. Before I became a teacher I was an American Sign Language/English interpreter primarily working in K-12. I truly enjoyed working as an interpreter and am so glad that I have found such an amazing fit as being a teacher! While I am not new to teaching or working in education, this will be my first year working at Ascent Academies and I am so excited to join the team!My goal as a teacher is to inspire a love of learning for life and to provide a safe, warm, and positive environment for everyone.
