Mandy is passionate about creating a positive learning culture where students and teachers feel safe to learn, make mistakes, and grow. With over a decade of experience in education, she has taught 3rd, 5th, and 6th grade and holds a Master’s degree in Curriculum & Instruction as well as a Bachelor’s in Interdisciplinary Studies. As an instructional coach, she loves supporting teachers, staff, and students in reaching their goals while also learning from her school community every day.

Mandy has a soft spot for teaching “awkward tweenagers” and believes the best learning happens when curiosity and joy are at the center. Outside of school, she enjoys playing dorky board games with her husband, eating delicious food, making music, spending time with family, and trying new things.
