Karen Mangome
Third Grade
Hello! I’m Mrs. Mangome, and I’m excited to teach 3rd grade at Ascent Academy. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Southern Utah University. I have 4 kids of my own that vary in different ages. I love to spend time with my family and 2 dogs and 2 cats. I design my classroom around engaging, hands-on learning experiences where every student feels valued for their strengths. My teaching philosophy centers on fostering curiosity and building student confidence through creative, purposeful instruction.
