Hello! Before transitioning into education, I worked in Human Resources, specializing in employee mediation. I have always been drawn to helping and supporting others, which eventually led me to school counseling.

This is my third year as the school counselor at Ascent Academy, and I absolutely love what I do! One of my favorite parts of my job is coming alongside students and helping them become the best version of themselves. I love giving students tools to work through challenges, build confidence, and succeed both emotionally and academically. I also really value partnering with parents and teachers to support the overall well-being of our students.

Outside of school, I love spending time with my family. My husband and I have three daughters and our dog, Oz, who definitely keeps life interesting! We enjoy trying new recipes and restaurants, exploring Utah, and traveling whenever we get the chance.
