I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in K–6 Elementary Education with double minors in Special Education and History, as well as a Master’s Degree in School Leadership from Wilmington University in New Castle, DE. Over the course of my career, I have had the privilege of working with the Utah State Board of Education in Digital Teaching and Learning and with the STEM Action Center of Utah, where I provided professional development for teachers.

With 15 years of teaching experience in Utah, I have taught every grade from first through eighth—and truly loved them all! I am passionate about hands-on learning and was drawn to Ascent because of its School-wide Enrichment Model, which reflects my belief in fostering creativity, engagement, and growth for every child. The classroom has always been my happy place, and I feel grateful every day for the opportunity to inspire and learn alongside my students.
