A lifelong resident of the Salt Lake Valley, I attended Utah State University and Salt Lake Community College. Before joining the charter school world, I served as the City Administrator's Secretary and City Recorder for the City of South Jordan. Now in my 17th year in charter education, I take pride in training Office Managers across our campuses and supporting network-wide operations.

My husband and I have three children—all former charter school students—and four grandsons. Beyond my work, I have a long history of volunteering with PTAs and community groups, including organizing the inaugural scrapbooking competitions for the Salt Lake County and Utah State fairs.

In my free time, I love traveling and supporting my family. As a founding member of the Ascent Academies team, I am thrilled to continue my journey here from 'Year One' and beyond!
