Amy Roberts

Special Education

Hi, my name is Amy Roberts, and I’m excited to join Ascent Academy this year as a Special Education Teacher. I have nine years of teaching experience and earned my degree in Secondary Education from Brigham Young University. I believe every student can reach their potential and should feel valued, supported, and excited about learning. My goal is to create a happy, positive, and welcoming environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, participating in lessons, and discovering that learning can be both meaningful and joyful.

In my free time, I enjoy traveling, spending time with my family, taking morning walks with my husband, and reading a good book. I truly love teaching and feel grateful for the opportunity to support students as they build confidence and discover their strengths.
