Biography

Edric graduated Summa Cum Laude from Utah State University with his bachelors in Communicative Disorders and is very excited to be beginning his career in Speech and Language Pathology. Edric has a combined 2 years of clinical experience between Behavioral Therapy and Speech Therapy. Currently he implements speech and language therapy for a caseload of over 90 youth (K-9th grade) under the direction of CCC-SLP’s across two Utah public charter schools. He has hands-on experience with high-tech AAC, articulation disorders, language disorders, fluency disorders, phonological processes, Apraxia of Speech, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and other IDEA classifications. Edric delivers therapy in both English and Spanish. 

Edric is proficient in speaking, reading, and writing English, Spanish, and Portuguese.

His diverse work experience amongst construction, tech support, food services, behavioral therapy, and now speech therapy helps him relate to a wide range of clients and their families.

Other accomplishments include: serving a full-time ecclesiastical service mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in the beautiful country of Paraguay, being a licensed HAM radio operator, and as mentioned, completing a bachelor's degree.

In preparation for graduate school, Edric, his Wife, and daughter, find themselves happily busy with their family and life responsibilities while spending lots of time outside, reading books together, or watching Disney princess movies.
